Jeffrey Gunsel
Mr. Gunsel has extensive expertise in complex transfer pricing matters across the full deal and operational life cycle. His work spans supply chain restructurings, post-merger integrations, and transfer pricing due diligence for both private equity and corporate sponsors.
Mr. Gunsel has led engagements involving advanced pricing agreements, supported clients through bankruptcy-related transfer pricing considerations, and provided strategic guidance on intercompany financing, including debt capacity and interest rate analyses. In addition, he has deep expertise in transfer pricing benchmarking, documentation, and the design and implementation of global transfer pricing frameworks. His experience also includes advising on intellectual property planning and cross-border migrations, aligning tax strategy with broader business objectives.
Mr. Gunsel has advised clients across a diverse set of industries, including energy, healthcare, premium spirits, technology, consumer products, telecommunications, and manufacturing. He delivers practical, commercially focused transfer pricing solutions tailored to each client’s business and industry dynamics.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Gunsel worked in the tax team of a large regional accounting firm, where he was responsible for tax compliance and consulting for privately held partnerships and corporations across a variety of industries. This included reviewing existing business structures, strategic tax planning, and ensuring client compliance with all relevant sections of the tax code.
Mr. Gunsel earned a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in accounting from Drexel University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in New York.
