With more than 14 years of restructuring experience, Mr. Sielinski advises both private and public companies on pre-bankruptcy preparation and post-filing case administration, schedule and statement preparation and other Chapter 11 reporting requirements, claims reconciliation, lease assumption and rejection analysis, plan solicitation, claim distributions, preference actions and exit processes. 

Additionally, Mr. Sielinski has worked with clients across a range of industries, including media, retail, energy, oil and gas, telecommunications and manufacturing. His notable clients include Blockbuster, Inc., First Energy Solutions, Visteon Corporation, Lear Corporation, LBI Media, Bristow Group Inc., Haggen Foods, Talen Energy and Verso Corp. 

Mr. Sielinski earned a BBA from The University of Michigan-Flint.
