Jeff Hao
With more than 20 years of finance transformation and consulting experience, Mr. Hao has led large-scale digital finance programs, designed next-generation FP&A and reporting capabilities, and partnered with CFOs to modernize finance operating models.
Mr. Hao’s notable assignments include establishing an FP&A Center of Excellence for a $14B global healthcare company, designing global forecasting frameworks that reduced cycle times by over 80%, and driving partnerships with leading cloud finance technology vendors that generated significant double-digit pipeline growth. He has also been responsible for supporting market entry and go-to-market initiatives within CFO Services, with a focus on accelerating transformation and embedding AI-driven approaches into project delivery. He has worked with clients across industries including healthcare, technology, financial services, consumer products, energy, and hospitality.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Hao was with The Hackett Group, where he sold and led finance transformation programs and EPM platform implementations. Previously, he held leadership roles at EY and Accenture, where he drove finance strategy, FP&A modernization, and technology-enabled transformation initiatives. He began his career at Marriott International, overseeing finance operations and reporting as an assistant controller.
Mr. Hao earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and has completed the AI for Senior Executives Program at MIT.
