Jay Herriman

He has over nine years of restructuring experience and has advised on numerous Chapter 11 proceedings in the context of pre-bankruptcy preparation, case administration, schedules and statements preparation, claims reconciliation, plan, solicitation, exit processes, claims reconciliation and objections, management reporting, plan disbursements and preference actions.
Over his career, Mr. Herriman has spent more than 30 years specializing in information management and managing and interpreting complex data sets.
Mr. Herriman has worked in various industries including aerospace, education, energy, manufacturing, retail, technology among others. He has consulted for companies such as: Hawker Beechcraft; Cengage Learning, School Specialties; Breitburn Energy; El Halcon; Penn Virginia Corporation; Samson Resources; Parallel Energy; Longview Power; Expro; Exco Resources; Castex Energy; First Energy Solutions; Visteon Corporation; Lear Corporation; Masonite International, Inc.; Champion Enterprises; Orchard Brands; Syms Corporation; Filene’s Basement; Champion Enterprises, Inc.; Rockport Shoes; Performance Sports Group; GT Advanced Technologies; GSE Environmental, Inc.; The Philadelphia Orchestra; and Coach America
Prior to this Mr. Herriman worked for 20 years at a Tier 1 automotive supplier in various capacities including finance, information technology, and purchasing. In his last role he served as the Vice President of Business Systems and Purchasing.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems from Baker University.
