Mr. Segreto’s expertise includes preparation of analyses which identify key deal issues/risk areas, quantification of items which directly impact transaction valuation (e.g., understanding normalized EBITDA, quality of earnings, working capital requirements, debt and debt-like items), and analysis of key performance indicators.​

Mr. Segreto has advised private equity firms and multinational corporations across various industries, including chemicals, distribution, e-commerce, engineering and construction, healthcare, manufacturing, and advisory/business services. ​

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Segreto was a Senior Associate with the Private Company Services assurance group at PricewaterhouseCoopers. His experience includes working with retail, manufacturing, distribution, and healthcare administration clients to assess key performance indicators, analyze financial risk, evaluate internal controls for improvement, prepare financial statements and provide audit services. ​

Mr. Segreto earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration (major in accounting) from Iona College. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of New York.
