Jasmine Crespo

Ms. Crespo served as the Integration Management Office Lead for a Global Fortune 50 diversified energy company during a transformative $3.8 billion transaction. She played a central role in coordinating and prioritizing integration efforts across six critical workstreams—corporate, commercial, operations, procurement, human resources, and IT—ensuring seamless alignment and execution.
Previously, Ms. Crespo supported a Transformation Management Office for an elevator services company formed through the acquisition of around 20 independent service providers. She led prioritization initiatives across four critical business functions—lead to cash, source to pay, record to report, and hire to retire—driving successful integration. Prior to that, she led communications in the Change Management Office for a Fortune 100 company during finance system implementations for Workday and Cora solutions, resulting in a reorganization of the finance and accounting functions.
Ms. Crespo earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from St. Edward’s University School of Business in Austin and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business. She proudly serves on the Board of Directors for RISE Soccer Club, a private 501(c)(3) nonprofit youth organization, in addition to the McCombs MBA Advisory Board for the University of Texas.
