Jane Hartley

Ms. Hartley’s primary areas of focus are supporting the debt requirements of private equity backed businesses across regional markets. She has worked with clients across a range of industries, including business/technology services, sustainability, consumer and healthcare.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Hartley spent nearly four years within the EY Capital & Debt Advisory Team, where she served as Director, leading the firm’s work across the North and Midlands. Her key transactions included providing buy-side debt advice to LDC on their acquisition of UniHomes, Avantis Education and CTI Digital; buy-side debt advice to Limerston Capital/Trinity Homecare on their bolt-on acquisition of Berkeley Care; refinance of Three Hills Capital backed Recycling Lives with NatWest’s first sustainability linked ABL facility; refinance of Dovehaven Carehomes club facilities; and refinance of Speedyhire Plc’s four bank club facility.
Previously, Ms Hartley spent 10 years at Yorkshire Bank, specialising in corporate and structured finance supporting private equity backed businesses, small and medium-sized enterprises and regional corporates with the debt requirements. She has also held roles at Lloyds Banking Group and AIB.
Ms. Hartley earned a bachelor’s degree in business and law from Oxford Brookes University and a bachelor’s degree in financial services from the University of Manchester.
