Jane Cheetham
Ms. Cheetham’s primary area of focus is supporting the debt requirements of mid-market private equity–backed businesses across the UK. She has worked with clients across a range of industries, including business services, professional services, consumer, leisure, and healthcare.
Ms. Cheetham’s notable A&M engagements include providing buy-side advice to One Equity Partners and Buckthorn Partners on their acquisition of Acteon Group; buy-side advice to a mid-market private equity house on its acquisition of a healthcare market access consultancy; sell-side advice to Total Capital Partners on its sale of OUTCO to Perwyn Private Equity; and sell-side advice to the management of Horwich Farrelly on its investment by CBPE Capital.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Cheetham spent nearly four years as a Director with EY’s capital and debt advisory team, where she led the firm’s work across the North of England and the Midlands.
Previously, Ms Hartley spent 10 years at Yorkshire Bank, specializing in corporate and structured finance supporting private equity–backed businesses, small and medium-sized enterprises, and regional corporates with debt requirements. She has also held roles at Lloyds Banking Group and Allied Irish Banks (AIB).
Ms. Cheetham earned a bachelor’s degree in business and law from Oxford Brookes University and a bachelor’s degree in financial services from the University of Manchester.
