Jane Chadwick

Ms. Chadwick provides debt advice to large private and listed businesses across a range of debt products, including traditional bank financing, debt capital markets (both public and private) and structured and acquisition financing. She has worked with clients across a range of industries, including retail, automotive and energy services.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Chadwick spent three years with KPMG’s Debt Advisory team, where she most recently served as a Director leading KPMG’s work with publicly listed companies and large corporates across the regional landscape. She has also worked for both Rothschild and HSBC, also concentrating on listed and large corporates.
Ms. Chadwick’s notable transactions include the £410 million refinancing of a listed energy services business; the restructuring and £150 million refinancing of a listed automotive business; the underwrite and backstop of a U.K. listed retailer’s acquisition of a private U.S. business; a £300 million debut public bond for a leading Russell Group University; and a £500 million securitisation for a listed U.K. retailer.
Ms. Chadwick earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Liverpool. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
