Mr. Peel is the first member of A&M’s Public Company Advisory group, which will represent a significant development for A&M’s Corporate Finance practice. More senior hires are expected in this group as A&M builds out its public company capability across its global Corporate Finance practice.

With more than 13 years of experience in corporate finance and investment banking, Mr. Peel has advised clients across sectors on IPOs, public M&A, and corporate strategy, including bid and activist defense and capital raising. He has advised private and public companies on a wide range of transaction types, with deal sizes ranging from £5 million to £500+ million.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Peel spent 18 months at PwC and 12 years at Zeus, most recently serving as a Director at both.

Mr. Peel earned a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, and management from the University of Nottingham. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
