As Chief Commercial Officer of A&M’s Health Industry Group, Ms. LaGuardia-Frie oversees the development and execution of the segment’s commercial growth strategy. She brings expertise in business development, client service, account management, strategy, performance improvement, revenue cycle, compliance, system implementations, and managed services.

Ms. LaGuardia-Frie is a healthcare transformation leader who has worked with healthcare organizations on improving operational and financial performance. She has supported the care continuum with advisory services, technology implementations, and business process management solutions.

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. LaGuardia-Frie served as a Partner and Growth Leader for Guidehouse; she was also a Partner and Regional Market Leader at Navigant before it was acquired by Guidehouse. Ms. LaGuardia-Frie started her career with Allscripts and worked with Accretive Health, now R1.

Ms. LaGuardia-Frie earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from New York Institute of Technology and a master’s degree in communications from Eastern Illinois University. She also received a certificate in organizational leadership from Harvard Extension School. Ms. LaGuardia-Frie serves as a Board Member of The Institute for Bladder and Prostate Research, a nonprofit organization.
