Jadin Kusman

Mr. Kusman specializes in operational due diligence, synergy, carve-out and standalone EBITDA improvement assessments. His primary areas of concentration are project management, cost management, financial and operational restructuring, and liquidity management.
Prior to re-joining A&M, Mr. Kusman was the head of Financial Planning and Strategy for a private equity backed multi-site healthcare provider, where he designed and implemented new financial reporting and budgeting processes, including monthly variance and KPI reporting, quarterly and annual BOD summaries, annual and quarterly forecasts, and a three-statement model. In addition, he executed turnaround plans for multiple failing sites, managed day-to-day finance operations, and sourced and implemented a new enterprise performance management software.
Mr. Kusman also spent time in A&M's Commercial Restructuring practice, where he helped facilitate multiple restructurings, including iHeart Radio, Washington Mutual, Walter Financial, Jones Energy and Tapstone Energy.
Mr. Kusman earned a bachelor's degree in economics and accounting from Claremont McKenna College and a master's degree in finance and an MBA from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
