Jacques Duplantis

Mr. Duplantis brings extensive oil and gas experience that spans acquisitions, carve-outs and performance improvement transactions for both corporate and private equity clients. He has led transactions ranging from $200 million to $35 billion across the exploration and production (E&P), oilfield services, pipeline and utility sectors.
Mr. Duplantis serves clients across the entire deal lifecycle, including operational due diligence, Day 1 through Day 100 planning, integration execution, and post-merger performance improvement and optimization. He has a proven track record employing his deep industry and operations experience to deliver on business goals aligned to his clients’ strategy.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Duplantis spent 13 years with a major global consulting firm, serving as a Senior Manager in its Energy Management Consulting practice and leading its U.S. Energy Community of Practice. He has worked in the industry as a research and development engineer for a major oilfield services company and in operational management consulting serving oilfield services and E&P companies.
Mr. Duplantis earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical and computer engineering from Louisiana State University. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and is actively involved with advisory committees with LSU and the LSU College of Engineering.
