Jackie Ferguson

Ms. Ferguson’s primary areas of expertise are in the payer and financial services industries. She builds high performing teams that utilize data analytics to deliver measurable outcomes and looks for ways to maximize firm revenue and margins, while focusing on talent development and improving internal operations.
With more than 11 years of consulting experience, Ms. Ferguson’s notable assignments include acting as a long-term strategic partner with top-ten U.S. health insurance providers. She led an initiative that identified $400+ million in cost-of-care opportunities in the Medicaid, exchange, and commercial LOBs. She led long term contingent engagements where she enabled executive stakeholders to achieve multi-million value creation targets year over year. Ms. Ferguson has also led financial services engagements, from strategic cost reduction to multi-year technology integrations.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Ferguson worked as a Managing Director at Chicago-based consulting firm AArete, where she co-led the Payer practice, serving as a technical expert in the managed care industry across all lines of business. She was responsible for managing the practice’s revenue across all payer clients, developing innovative solutions, and building internal processes to increase collaboration among solution experts and expand client offerings. Previously, Ms. Ferguson focused on developing the firm’s financial services strategy, which led to securing new logos in the first 6 months for accounts with multi-year engagements.
Previously, Ms. Ferguson worked at Omnium in Hedge Fund Services, Duff & Phelps in the Transaction Opinions Practice and at LaSalle Bank as a credit analyst.
Ms. Ferguson earned a BBA from Saint Mary’s College and an MBA from the Mendoza School of Business at the University of Notre Dame. She is a member of WBL, Women Business Leaders of the Health Care Industry, a premier network of female executives.
