Ines Pasagic

Ms. Pasagic supports every stage of the transaction process, from conducting tax due diligence and modeling how transactions affect cash flow to aiding in the design and structuring of the transaction. She also helps clients with post-closing business integration, managing their tax responsibilities and using her knowledge of the company to improve operations after closing.
Ms. Pasagic has extensive experience with sell-side tax planning, helping business owners divest their companies or raise capital from institutional investors while meeting commercial and tax objectives. Her notable engagements include supporting the take-private of a large Canadian corporation by a U.S. private equity firm and then helping the company continue its M&A strategic plan on a tax-effective basis. She has helped many founders and business owners transition their businesses into the next phase of growth.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Pasagic worked with KPMG, serving most recently as a Partner in the M&A Tax Services practice.
Ms. Pasagic earned a bachelor’s degree in science from Wilfrid Laurier University. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant/Chartered Accountant designated in Ontario, Canada.
