Using her extensive and broad experience, Ms. Kyaw Soe focuses on applying advanced data analytics and AI in buy-side and sell-side transactions, capital market activities, and performance improvement projects across sectors such as consumer products, retail, distribution, industrials, healthcare, software, and media.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Kyaw Soe played an instrumental role as the leader of a product management team at KPMG, where she pioneered innovative data analytics and AI solutions that leveraged diverse data and content to deliver actionable business insights. Ms. Kyaw Soe also successfully built and led a deal analytics team at KPMG, where she executed hundreds of projects that provided private equity and corporate clients with deep insights into financial and operational performance, enabling them to make informed investment and management decisions. Her expertise spanned harnessing complex data systems to deliver insights, identifying performance improvement opportunities, and creating new data and AI ecosystems, thereby enhancing analytics capabilities in M&A.
In addition to her deal experience, Ms. Kyaw Soe also worked at Meta, where she played a pivotal role in advising advertisers on measurement strategies, resulting in double-digit improvement in media effectiveness. She led a groundbreaking global initiative aimed at encouraging advertisers to adopt new digital marketing strategies during a period of significant changes in data use and accessibility within the digital marketing landscape.
Ms. Kyaw Soe earned a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry and sociology from Grinnell College, Iowa and an MBA (focus on finance) from Columbia Business School.
