Haris Katostaras

Mr. Katostaras has worked on major and iconic projects throughout the UK, Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia, including hospitals, rail projects, power stations, refineries, tank farms and residential developments. He has worked on projects with FIDIC, JCT, NEC and bespoke contracts.
Mr. Katostaras brings extensive experience preparing delay reports for adjudications, arbitrations and litigations. He has been appointed multiple times as an independent delay expert for adjudications and litigations, including a case at the Technology and Construction Court.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Katostaras spent six years with HKA, serving most recently as Principal in the UK team. Previously, he spent four years as a Senior Consultant at Blackrock Expert Services (now Kroll). Before becoming a consultant, Mr. Katostaras worked for civil engineering and infrastructure firms, including one of the largest contractors in the Middle East.
Mr. Katostaras earned a master’s degree in civil engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and a master’s degree in construction management and an MBA from the Hellenic Open University. He also holds a legal experience training advanced professional award in expert witness evidence. An associate member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Academy of Experts, Mr. Katostaras is recognized by Who’s Who Legal in construction and construction – quantum, delay and technical.
