Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Morris spent five years as a Finance and Accounting Manager with the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), specializing in short- and long-term budgeting and planning, cost analysis, resource staffing, and process improvement. She helped integrate two offices into one system from both an operational and a financial management system perspective. Prior to BCG, she was a Senior Operations Analyst with the Florida Caribbean Tax practice of Arthur Andersen in Miami.

Ms. Morris earned a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Florida and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Maryland. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the state of Florida.
