Haley LeDonne

Ms. LeDonne focuses on scenario analysis for international structuring and IP planning and advisory on both inbound and outbound international tax aspects of M&A and capital structuring changes. She regularly conducts customized scenario analysis for international structuring to facilitate client selection and implementation of tailored business cases that produce sustainable tax and non-tax benefits.
With significant international tax experience, Ms. LeDonne uses quantitative studies to advise clients on international tax matters related to business expansion, operating model changes, business initiatives, reorganizations, and cross-border transactions involving multiple tax jurisdictions.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. LeDonne spent two and half years with the EY real estate audit and tax practices, serving clients in commercial real estate, funds, and real estate investment trusts (REITs).
Ms. LeDonne earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Villanova University. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
