Guillaume Adnot

Mr. Adnot has conducted multiple assignments in the software industry. He led a value creation plan for a noted €800 million European software company, focusing on finding efficiencies in the product and service offering, coordinating multiple product migrations, designing the direct/indirect sales strategy, and preparing the offshoring of professional services and customer support functions. He also led an improvement plan for a leading healthcare software provider by reviewing product profitability, creating a functional P&L, changing the operating model, and improving product stability by developing automatic testing. Previously, he worked on preparing the carve-out of a leading European software provider.
Mr. Adnot also works with finance functions. He was recently interim Head of FP&A for a €200 million trading company, where he helped the Board gain financial visibility and control during a period of financial and operational restructuring. He previously acted as interim Cash Manager for a global staffing company with $1 billion in revenue. Mr. Adnot also led a finance function improvement plan for a €300 million revenue vertical software company, which acquired 40 companies over five years.
Before joining A&M, Mr. Adnot worked for Nike in the Netherlands and France, and Bain & Company in India. Mr. Adnot earned an MBA from INSEAD and an MSc in business from KEDGE Business School. A French national, he is fluent in French and English, and is proficient in Spanish.
