Guilherme Almeida

Mr. Almeida has participated in M&A performance projects including operational due diligence (ODD) and post-merger integration (PMI) for corporate and private equity owned companies. He led a series of post-merger integrations for a large courier transportation company owned by a PE fund, that went public after its inorganic growth.
Mr. Almeida also participated in the transformation of a major logistics provider running seven container terminals in Brazil. During his time as interim Operations Director, company sales grew by 12 percent and EBITDA by 15 percent in less than a year.
Previously, Mr. Almeida participated in performance improvement projects related to efficiency and profitability enhancement, including structuring a new sales channel for a major Brazilian bank, cost reduction using zero-based budgeting (ZBB) and organizational redesign methodologies for clients in the consumer goods, retailing and heavy industry sectors.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Almeida worked with Gradus Consultoria, concentrating on ZBB, organizational redesign and go-to-market methodologies. Previously, he worked for Deloitte in their external audit area, focusing on clients related to the concessions market and company acquisitions and listed enterprises.
Mr. Almeida earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Campinas (UNICAMP). A native Portuguese speaker, he is also fluent in English and Spanish.
