Gregory Jensen is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal Private Equity Services in Los Angeles. He specializes in leading large-scale digital modernization, technology and finance transformation, scaled operations, cost takeout, acquisition diligence, and post-merger integration for global media and entertainment, software, and sports organizations. 

Mr. Jensen’s notable engagements include performing technical due diligence for an industry-changing AI acquisition; leading post-merger technology integration efforts for the studio functions of two global media conglomerates; designing a multi-year transformation roadmap to achieve $150+ million in technology cost savings at a global publisher; serving on the steering committee and leading the physical and digital experience strategies for the Golden State Warriors’ Chase Center; identifying strategic initiatives to reduce cycle times to deliver data centers for an organization with $13+ billion in annual infrastructure spend; and partnering with a global streaming service to launch and scale its advertising business. 

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Jensen was a Managing Director with Accenture’s West Coast Media & Entertainment practice, where he most recently served as a Portfolio Lead, guiding a global team of over 450 strategists, consulting practitioners, and technologists focused on creating and delivering value for some of the world’s most recognized media brands. Mr. Jensen’s technical expertise spans finance, advertising, and technology. 

Mr. Jensen earned a bachelor’s degree in business from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
