Greg Swiatek
Mr. Swiatek is part of the Shareholder Activism and Contested M&A practice. He specializes in helping companies understand investor perspectives on their financial performance and governance practices to identify potential vulnerabilities, as well as implementing strategic actions to mitigate those risks. Mr. Swiatek’s primary areas of concentration include shareholder advisory related to financial analysis and value creation, board and corporate governance practices, and executive compensation matters.
With more than 13 years of corporate advisory and financial services experience, Mr. Swiatek helps corporate management teams and boards understand the issues that are most material to their current and potential investors.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Swiatek spent 10 years with PJT Partners in New York and Los Angeles, where he most recently served as a Director in the firm’s Shareholder Advisory practice, PJT Camberview.
Mr. Swiatek earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and journalism from Northwestern University.
