Greg Hatch is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal Corporate Performance Improvement in Houston, leading the Information Technology practice for the Southwest region.

Mr. Hatch specializes in managing and delivering transformation and technology solutions, with a primary focus on driving business improvement through the use of technology and process improvement, as well as CIO advisory, IT strategy, software selections and technology project management.

With more than 20 years of consulting experience, Mr. Hatch has worked across multiple industries, including upstream energy, oilfield services, retail, distribution, heavy manufacturing and services. He has experience in information systems strategy, software selections, operations improvement, supply chain, human resources / payroll and systems implementations, including SAP, Oracle and Lawson.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Hatch was a managing director with BearingPoint, Inc., where he was responsible for one of the firm's regional ERP practices. Previously, he was a partner with Arthur Andersen, where he was involved in leading and delivering technology projects.

Mr. Hatch earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Ohio State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He is also a Certified Project Management Professional.
