Gerardo Shibata

Mr. Shibata has experience in various industries including consumer goods (food and beverage), retail, agro-industrial products, and health. His notable assignments include developing the growth strategy for a Latin American holding company that doubled their revenue; designing the commercial strategy for a leading global beverage company that enabled them to increase market share and reduce costs; and designing the growth strategy for an agro-industrial company that helped them increase value and trim costs.
Prior joining A&M, Mr. Shibata spent 12 years with Strategy&, a part of the PwC network, serving most recently as Director and leading projects in the Latin American market.
Mr. Shibata earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering from Benemerita Universidad Autonoma de Puebla and a master’s degree in IT administration from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
