Georgina Dalgleish

With more than 10 years of experience in tax, Ms. Dalgleish has provided buy- and sell-side transaction tax and advisory services to corporates, infrastructure funds and renewable energy funds, working on tax due diligence and international structuring support for acquisitions, disposals, dividend recaps and take-private transactions.
Ms. Dalgleish also has extensive expertise providing capital allowances services to clients.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Dalgleish spent more than seven years with the Tax Depreciation Group at Deloitte, serving most recently as an Associate Director. She provided tax advice in relation to some of the UK’s largest infrastructure and energy construction projects, including renewable energy projects, the development of nuclear power stations, and railway infrastructure projects.
Ms. Dalgleish earned a master’s (Cantab) degree in land economy at the University of Cambridge, Murray Edwards College. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales) and Chartered Tax Adviser (Chartered Institute of Taxation).
