With more than 20 years of transaction service experience, Mr. Patel specializes in providing transaction support that includes identification and assessment of financial risk areas; analysis of KPIs; quantification of items that directly impact transaction valuation; quality of earnings and working capital requirements; and purchase agreement reviews. 

Mr. Patel has advised on 200+ domestic and cross-border transactions in Canada, India, and the U.S. He has worked across a range of industries, including waste management and environmental services, software and technology, telecommunications, automotive, manufacturing, and consumer packaged goods. 

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Patel was with Transaction Services at KPMG in Toronto. Previously, he spent over 14 years with Transaction Services at Deloitte in Toronto, Mumbai, and New York. 

Mr. Patel earned a bachelor’s degree in commerce and accounting from the University of Mumbai and graduated from the H.R. College of Commerce & Economics, Mumbai. He is a Chartered Accountant, certified by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
