He also directed an inventory management initiative for an oilfield services client to liquidate excess inventory and improve their working capital.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Subbaraman co-founded and led a private equity-backed oilfield services firm, where he held multiple leadership roles, including Engineering Director, VP of Supply Chain, and acting CEO. In his most recent role, he managed the company’s P&L, worked with the board and buyers to negotiate the company’s sale, and led the team through a successful exit.

Mr. Subbaraman earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from University of Mumbai, a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Drexel University, and an MBA from the University of Houston.
