With more than 20 years of technology experience, Mr. Ram has completed multiple hands-on engagements, leading large business transformation programs including technology and data implementation.

Mr. Ram’s notable assignments include supporting a consumer healthcare division carve-out from a pharmaceutical major and listing it in the FTSE 100; creating a carved-out agile £2 billion start-up (beverage category) from a well-established business (Highly Commended: Change and Transformation in the Private Sector, Management Consultancies Association Awards 2023); and completing a multi-year digital transformation at a FTSE 10 organization.

Mr. Ram was responsible for the process and data improvement initiative at a FTSE consumer packaged goods company. Mr. Ram has worked with clients across various industries, including consumer, retail, healthcare, and utilities. He also has experience working with private equity firms.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Ram spent 17 years with the Technology, Data and Analytics practice at PwC in London, where he most recently served as Partner. In this role, he had responsibility for: market and client relationship development, leveraging industry insights and technical depth to win in the market; strategic delivery oversight and insight; and practice development, including people and proposition development and capability and capacity enhancement.

Mr. Ram earned a bachelor’s degree in electronics and instrumentation engineering from the University of Madras, India. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
