Mr. Altidor has nearly 30 years of extensive experience in the corporate financial services industry, specializing in corporate tax planning, compliance, and audits. Throughout his career, he has provided expert guidance on tax compliance issues and audit processes and has supported tax due diligence efforts related to acquisitions, mergers, and asset dispositions. Mr. Altidor has prepared and reviewed tax provisions and filings for federal, state, and local taxes for corporate entities and partnerships. Additionally, he has offered counsel on wills, trusts, and estate planning, as well as providing advisory, consulting, and accounting services to nonprofit organizations.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Altidor served as Senior Vice President of Global Tax at Lehman Brothers, managing the Federal Income Tax unit and later playing a key role in handling the tax aspects of its bankruptcy. His earlier career included positions at UBS and Prudential Financial as a Tax Associate.
Mr. Altidor earned an associate degree in accounting from Union County College, New Jersey, a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in taxation from Rutgers University, and a JD from Purdue Global. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and an active member of the California Bar. Fluent in both French and English, Mr. Altidor combines his technical expertise with strong bilingual communication skills.
