Mr. Meyer has spent over 20 years advising founder-owners, private equity, and corporate clients on a wide range of M&A services, including company disposals, mergers, fundraising, and acquisition support. He has successfully advised on more than 50 transactions across multiple industries with enterprise values of up to €1.5 billion, while building a strong reputation for trusted execution and a commitment to delivering results.

Mr. Meyer’s notable assignments include advising Eurazeo on the sale of Peters Surgical to Advanced Medical Solutions Group plc, Clariane on the sale of its senior residences business Les Essentielles to Groupe Duval, Wavestone on its acquisition of Q_PERIOR, and Taisho Pharmaceutical on the acquisition of UPSA.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Meyer worked at DC Advisory, where he served for six years as a Managing Director leading the French Healthcare practice.

Mr. Meyer earned a bachelor’s degree from EPF School of Engineering in Cachan, France, and a master’s degree in finance from EM Lyon Business School.
