Florian Seehauser

With more than 15 years of consulting experience, Mr. Seehauser has supported numerous programs in corporate transformation, operational value creation, restructuring, and Lean management. He has worked with clients in various industries, including industrial goods, manufacturing, automotive suppliers, railway equipment manufacturers, life sciences, and private equity.
Most notably at A&M, Mr. Seehauser supported thyssenkrupp steel with the divestment of its electrical steel business in India and was responsible for the transformation management office and value creation while supporting Bayer in the carve-out and sale of its environmental science professional business to a private equity investor. Other notable engagements include working on numerous programs in global footprint optimization, operational transformation, cost optimization, and M&A transformation, including in an acting interim restructuring role for a German automotive supplier in its Czech entity.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Seehauser worked for AlixPartners, Porsche Consulting, and KPMG.
Mr. Seehauser earned a master’s degree (German Diplom degree) in business engineering from the University of Applied Sciences in Pforzheim.
