He has led transactions in France and worldwide including distressed suppliers refinancing and turnaround, oil major global cost reduction, aerospace service companies, supplier's consolidation and carve-out.
- Recently, over a four-year period, Mr. Maisonneuve delivered a carve-out, a merger to create a €3 billion global security leader, and the turnaround of the operations serving as Chief Operation Officer. He delivered a global purchasing, manufacturing and SG&A synergy plan and then transformed the manufacturing process, boosting productivity and offshoring production and restructuring the program, software integration and delivery group to restore competitiveness.
- Mr. Maisonneuve’s aerospace and defense experience includes a distressed supplier recovery plan; an engine module supplier performance improvement plan; the carve-out and merger of an aircraft power component OEM; an engineering performance improvement for a defense supplier; a global purchasing and design to cost reduction program for an aircraft manufacturer; and a service strategy for an aircraft manufacturer. His oil and gas and energy experience includes an oil major global cost reduction program; an oil major purchasing synergies program; an oil service firm’s turnaround plan; a refining and chemical company cost reduction; and a refining and chemical logistic cost reduction.
- Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Maisonneuve was the COO of IDEMIA PSI in Paris. Previously, he was a Managing Director at AT Kearney and AlixPartners for over 15 years. He started his career in the automotive industry, serving as Manufacturing and Industrialization Manager in France and the U.S.
- Mr. Maisonneuve earned a master’s degree in aerospace engineering from Ecole Centrale Paris and Teschniche Universität München and an Executive MBA from the University of Michigan. He is fluent in French, English and German.
