With more than 25 years of international experience, Mr. Gasperoni has successfully built professional services firms’ executive, spanning both strategic planning and implementation and operating model transformation to deliver future-proof platforms to support organizations’ growth agendas. He also brings experience in operations outsourcing strategy and global management system implementation.

Mr. Gasperoni has worked across a range of industries, including professional services firms and construction engineering and IT.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Gasperoni spent 10 with years with White & Case LLP, where he served as EMEA Chief Financial Officer. In this role, he led the finance function transformation across Europe and a wide range of projects to support fuller global integration.

Mr. Gasperoni earned a master’s degree in accounting and audit from the University of Paris Sorbonne. A French/Italian national, he is fluent in English, French and Italian.
