He delivered international tax consulting and structuring advice, including the design of a Latin America infrastructure investment platform and implementation of a Latin America real estate investment platform for a U.S.-based fund. Mr. Elizondo also participated in 200+ transactions assisting U.S.-based private equity funds to acquire portfolio companies in Latin America, Europe and APAC. 

Mr. Elizondo earned a law degree with a tax concentration in Mexico from Fundacion Universidad de las Americas, Puebla and an LLM in international taxation from the New York University School of Law. He is a licensed attorney in Mexico.
