With more than 20 years of operations and technology leadership experience managing enterprise-wide teams, Mr. Pablo has led multiple integrations for growth acquisitions and business consolidations across global sites for private equity and publicly owned companies. He also brings experience in process improvement utilizing Lean Six Sigma practices, product development and management and leading client success teams to improve the customer experience.
Mr. Pablo’s notable assignments include driving recommendations for a $200+ billion financial services company that helped them pass regulatory scrutiny with federal regulators, as well as a project for a $1 billion bank, where he led their process improvement, automation recommendations and change management for an implementation that replaced their loan servicing system. Most recently, Mr. Pablo was responsible for developing an enterprise-wide digital strategy for a Fortune 500 chemical manufacturer.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Pablo worked as an executive in the consumer behavior and media measurement industry that included top-tier clients in the consumer-packaged goods, retail, manufacturing, quick serve restaurants, financial services and media industries. He has built, consolidated, restructured and led international teams across the U.S., Canada, China, India, the Philippines, Budapest, Australia and Jamaica.
Mr. Pablo earned a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from The University of South Florida.
