He specializes in intellectual property, employment, antitrust, real estate, environmental and other complex disputes as well as in forensic accounting and consulting matters. His primary areas of concentration are in econometrics, statistics, and complex data analysis and modeling.
With more than 20 years in the market, Mr. Wells' experience spans numerous industries including retail, software, mortgage, manufacturing, commodities, computer hardware, energy, construction, mutual fund, labor and financial services.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Wells worked within the forensic and dispute service groups at Big 4 and boutique consulting firms. He has also led the science and engineering services teams at two SaaS start-up companies and worked in mutual funds at State Street Bank in Boston, Luxembourg, and London.
Mr. Wells holds a Masters of Business Administration and a Masters of Science in Economics with a concentration in applied statistics from Arizona State University. He received his Bachelors of Economics degree from Bryant University in Smithfield, Rhode Island.
