Donna Houlne

Ms. Houlne brings significant experience translating business needs into technical solutions for both single and multi-service facilities, with a strong emphasis on cultural alignment. She has a proven track record of leading strategic growth efforts, enhancing overall P&L performance, achieving development goals in challenging markets and building strong relationships. Ms. Houlne excels in conceiving, creating, implementing and evaluating innovative solutions.
Ms. Houlne also has extensive experience working on new care model offerings, including virtual care, telehealth, and digital strategy, along with operational transformation. She has led enterprise strategy and operational transformation projects for healthcare provider systems, driving growth in market share and revenue while enhancing quality and improving both consumer and caregiver experiences.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Houlne worked most recently with Grant Thornton. Prior to that, she was a Partner with IBM Global Business Services, where she focused on go-to-market business development, digital transformation in healthcare, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) with expertise in Workday, Oracle, and Infor. Ms. Houlne provided thought leadership on leading practice processes and design for Workday and led Innovation Design Thinking sessions on digital transformation.
Previously, Ms. Houlne worked with the Deloitte healthcare practice. She started her career as a shock trauma nurse and then became Vice President of the Center of Excellence for Brigham and Women’s Hospital.
Ms. Houlne earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the university of New Hampshire, a master’s degree in healthcare administration from Simmons College and a master’s degree in healthcare risk management from Rosalind Franklin University.
