Djanno Boskan

Mr. Boskan’s notable engagements include global and regional tax transformation projects helping to reshape the tax function of large multinational companies. Most recently, he supported a large family group with their strategic initiative to create a centralized tax function.
Mr. Boskan has worked with clients in various industries, including (sovereign) investment companies, financial services, oil and gas, family groups, and consumer products.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Boskan worked with PwC in Dubai where he led the Tax Function offering for the Middle East. He helped large companies across the Middle East in their tax transformation journey by supporting the transformation or establishment of their tax function and the implementation of tax technology within SAP, Oracle and others.
Previously, Mr. Boskan spent eight years at Deloitte where he worked in the Amsterdam, New York and Dubai office. He worked on tax transformation projects for large multinationals and his expertise includes shared service center set up for tax, global ERP implementations (SAP and Oracle) and data analytics for tax.
Mr. Boskan earned a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in taxation from Tilburg University. He is a former member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers.
