Dion Gibson

With more than 20 years of forensic technology experience, Mr. Gibson has successfully collaborated with key regulatory bodies such as the SEC, DOJ and FTC, spearheading sophisticated big data projects and eDiscovery matters, which underscores his ability to operate within the most demanding legal frameworks. He utilizes cutting-edge techniques like active learning and predictive analytics in privilege identification to save companies significant costs, reducing expenses by hundreds of thousands of dollars through streamlined document review and production processes.
Additionally, Mr. Gibson develops follow-the-sun workflows, enabling continuous and efficient task management across different time zones, and implements automation strategies to optimize various functions, significantly enhancing operational efficiency.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Gibson spent four years with Berkeley Research Group’s Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Practice in Washington, D.C., where he most recently served as Director. In this role, he strategically leveraged machine learning and data science to revolutionize review workflows, enhancing efficiency and precision. By deploying advanced algorithms, Mr. Gibson refined the process of sifting through vast quantities of electronically stored information, allowing legal teams to focus on critical documents and reduce redundant work. This high-tech approach has not only expedited review times, but also significantly cut down on costs.
Mr. Gibson earned a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems from DeVry University. He is a member of the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists, the Legal Marketing Association and an Associate member of the Washington Bar Association. He has certifications in Reveal AI Model Building, AI Modeling Framework and as a Brainspace Analyst.
