Dhruba Ghosh
Mr. Ghosh has around 20 years of experience in performance improvement and M&A advisory support for private equity and corporates. His primary area of focus is performance improvement in the industrial and consumer goods sectors with functional expertise in manufacturing operations and supply chain.
Mr. Ghosh has led and delivered large-scale transformation projects including cost-improvement/turnaround assignments for Stanley Black & Decker (four-wall performance improvement and gross margin improvement), Royal Mail (productivity and field force improvement), Heras Security Solutions (UK interim country leadership role for end-to-end transformation of commercial and operational operating performance), and Quotient Sciences (rapid headcount reduction and procurement savings).
Mr. Ghosh has also led 40+ operational due diligences for private equity buy-side diligence, including Rolls Royce, ITP Aero, Chubb, Orkla Foods, and RPC.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Ghosh spent over six years with PwC UK’s M&A team, most recently in the role of Associate Director. Prior to this advisory role, he worked in the automotive industry with Jaguar Land Rover, American Axle & Manufacturing, and Leyland Trucks, where he held operations management roles ranging from day-to-day production management to implementing manufacturing network transformation projects in developed and developing economies.
Mr. Ghosh earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering in India and an MBA from the University of Oxford. A British national, he is fluent in English.
