His notable estate/trust/owner projects include the sale of closely-held partnership interest to a grantor trust, estate tax liquidity planning (including financing options 6166 and Graegin loans), generation-skipping tax planning, tax return filings (individual, trust, gift and estate) and IRS audit support.
Mr. Myers earned a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from the University of Maryland. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Virginia.
