With more than 30 years of experience, Ms. Cash’s primary areas of focus include financial and management reporting, planning and budgeting, accounting remediation, finance back office process improvement and internal controls. She brings interim management experience, having served as a CFO. She also was a partner in the assurance practice of a large accounting firm.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Cash’s previous roles included providing a variety of financial consulting and auditing services to clients consisting of large exploration and production, marketing, trading, and energy services companies. She was responsible for integrating the F&A functions in multi-billion-dollar mergers, assisting companies with the preparation for IPO, leading companies through the design, documentation and implementation of Sarbanes-Oxley 404, and assisting companies with post restructuring accounting matters, including Fresh-Start Accounting. She has also served in interim accounting and finance roles, including CFO.
Ms. Cash earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Northern Illinois University. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Texas. She is also a member of the Financial Executives International and the Texas Society of CPAs.
