With over 10 years of experience, Mr. Taglietti provides financial due diligence and transaction advisory services to domestic and international private equity and corporate clients in relation to acquisitions, disposals, price adjustments and SPA assistance.​ He has worked with clients across a range of industries, including industrial manufacturing, healthcare, real estate, logistic, IT services, food ingredients, parcel services and renewable energy.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Taglietti spent 10 years within the financial advisory department of Deloitte, where he most recently served as a Director of the M&A transaction support service line. Previously, Mr. Taglietti spent four years in the Milan office of PwC providing recurring financial statement independent audit services to private and public audit clients.

Throughout his career, Mr. Taglietti led several projects, including the coordination of all due diligence teams involved (financial, tax, legal, payroll, etc.). His clients include large domestic and international corporates (A2A, Unilever, Prysmian, Interpump, Evoca Group, Il Sole 24 Ore, HIP) and international and local private equity and real estate funds (Alpha Private Equity, Platinum Equity, KKR, Elliott Management, Fondo Italiano d’Investimento, Ambienta, Azimut, Riello, M&G, Prologis).​

Mr. Taglietti earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management and a master’s degree in law and business administration from Bocconi University. He is a Certified Chartered Accountant. An Italian national, Mr. Taglietti is fluent in English.
