With more than 30 years of experience, Mr. Riviere is experienced in operational improvement / cost reduction, supply chain optimization, transformation and driving change in global organizations. His primary focus is in the industrial products, consumer products and logistics industries.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Riviere was a Senior Principal and National Practice Leader for Kurt Salmon Associates, a consumer goods / retail focused professional services firm. Prior to this, he led the business transformation practice for Perot Systems, working for Jim Champy and Ross Perot, Jr. and bringing high-value services to the traditional outsourcing model. Mr. Riviere was also a partner with Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, where he held various leadership roles, including leading the Supply Chain Practice for the southeast and playing a leadership role in the global, cross-discipline, industrial and consumer products industry team.
He has worked with numerous Global 1000 companies across a variety of industries to drive lasting balance sheet and income statement impact. His functional implementation experience includes operational strategy implementation, supply chain optimization, customer and product profitability, sourcing and technology implementation.
He has led assignments in Europe, North America and Asia, giving him a broad perspective in driving results in complex global situations.
His recent client experiences include leading: supply chain strategy and implementation for a multibillion-dollar global industrial products company, the turnaround and transaction for a midsized industrial services company, a multiyear turnaround of a multibillion-dollar building products company driving significant income statement impact and supporting the balance sheet restructuring, the transformation / EBITDA improvement pilot for U.S. based billion-dollar logistics company serving the healthcare industry, and the operational transformation of a North American based logistics company serving the financial and retail industries increasing its EBITDA by over 50 percent.
Mr. Riviere earned a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and sits on the advisory board for the school.
