David Riviere is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal Corporate Performance Improvement in Atlanta. He specializes in operational improvement, cost reduction/takeout, supply chain optimization, and corporate transformation. He also leads the coordination of digital service offerings across the Corporate Performance Improvement practice.

With more than 30 years of experience, Mr. Riviere brings deep expertise in operations, supply chain, and logistics. He has led numerous transformation and turnaround programs including those in the industrial products, consumer products and logistics sectors. His work includes assignments in Europe, North America and Asia, giving him a broad perspective in driving results in complex global situations.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Riviere was a Senior Principal and National Practice Leader for Kurt Salmon Associates, a consumer goods/retail-focused professional services firm. He also led the business transformation practice for Perot Systems and was a Partner with Arthur Andersen Business Consulting. 

Mr. Riviere earned a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He sits on the advisory board for the school.
