David Rak

With more than 18 years of consulting experience, Mr. Rak has advised governance boards, C-suite executives and senior leadership across the private, public and nonprofit sectors. He has led talent transformation agendas of highly sensitive global transformation programs and is known for mobilizing clients to reach their strategic objectives with efficiency, innovation and ingenuity.
Mr. Rak has worked with clients in various sectors including state, local and federal government; life sciences; healthcare; education; energy and utilities; automotive; manufacturing; hospitality; and consumer products. Most recently, he created new leadership reporting structures and operating model designs for innovative startups dedicated to artificial intelligence and the future of urban mobility.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Rak spent seven years with Ernst & Young (EY) in New York, four years with KPMG in New York, and three years at Accenture in Paris, France. He also held internal transformation management leadership roles in the life sciences and hospitality industries.
Mr. Rak earned a master’s degree in business management from the SKEMA Business School in Lille, France. He holds a US Department of Defense Security Clearance and is very involved with global non-profit volunteering projects.
