With more than 20 years of consulting experience, Mr. Paik specializes in leading complex program management for corporate transformations, finance and accounting functions and the mergers and acquisitions transaction lifecycle, including strategy, diligence, divestitures and value creation.

Mr. Paik’s notable assignments include working with clients on establishing and leading the overall program management office on over 10 complex transformational M&A transactions; driving and executing the successful Day 1 readiness and post-close value capture for clients on buy-side integrations and sell-side divestitures across operations and functions (e.g., finance, accounting, HR, IT and procurement); and assisting acquirers with synergy planning, execution and realization.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Paik spent 12 years with Ernst & Young’s transaction advisory services practice as a Senior Manager. In this role, he was responsible for advising strategic and private equity clients on M&A transactions and was a key member of the finance and accounting leadership team, driving the firm’s methodology, training, enablers and thought leadership.

Mr. Paik earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and economics from Trinity University and an MPA from the University of Texas in Austin. He is a certified public accountant in Texas.
