David Moss
Mr. Moss’ notable engagements include taking a CTxO role in a FTSE100 technology company, pivoting its offering in the market while maintaining its margin. He is currently advising an augmented reality business on its hardware and software strategy and helping industrials businesses improve their software outcomes and capabilities.
Prior to rejoining A&M, Mr. Moss spent a decade in the tech industry. He was COO of a Carlyle-owned global insurance software business headquartered in Connecticut. Previously, he was at Skype, where he was Global Head of Operations and Change. He led engineering and customer facing operations in multiple locations. Mr. Moss became a Partner at Microsoft when they acquired the business.
In his first term at A&M, Mr. Moss led transformations/operational restructurings for large-cap private equity, including KKR, Goldman's, and First Reserve. He worked across multiple sectors, including software, TV production, manufacturing, oil and gas services, and healthcare.
Mr. Moss earned a postgraduate degree from the London School of Economics. He has led three start-ups as either operational leader or investor and has been an advisory board member for a U.K. plc going through a digital transformation.
