As the leader of A&M’s Alternative Investments in EMEA, Mr. Kane’s has experience with include due diligence support, strategic reviews, operating model designs, outsourcing selection and executions, cost control initiatives, and post-merger integrations.
Most recently, Mr. Kane was engaged by a private equity manager to provide operational, technology and regulatory due diligence on a leading international fund and corporate services provider. He was engaged by an alternatives fund manager to assess its European strategy and propositions, which led to a launch of a new fund with A&M supporting on operating model design and readiness.
Previously, Mr. Kane assisted a fund and corporate services provider by designing a global operating model that supports scalable growth, impacted all business lines and supported execution readiness. He worked with a private equity manager to provide operational and technology due diligence on a UK-based wealth manager with presence across advice, platform and investment management.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Kane spent more than 15 years with EY in New York and London, serving most recently as a Partner in the UK Wealth & Asset Management consulting team.
Mr. Kane earned a bachelor’s degree in finance (accounting concentration) from the College of William & Mary.
