As a damages expert, he has prepared and analyzed numerous claims including lost profits, diminution of value, financial causation, increased costs, unjust enrichment, benefit of the bargain, reasonable royalties and other economic damage measures.
Mr. Hall also has experience with accounting and financial principles in contractual and regulatory contexts. He has performed forensic accounting analyses and fraud investigations, and has served in privileged consulting roles in both litigation and non-litigation matters.
He has advised clients across a broad range of industries, including aerospace, agribusiness, construction, consumer products, electronics, energy, government contracts, healthcare, manufacturing, professional services, real estate, securities, software and telecommunications. He has testified as an expert witness in more than 50 matters in the U.S. and Canada, as well as serving as an arbitrator.
Mr. Hall earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin, graduating with honors. He is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
He is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants, National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts, National Contract Management Association and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
