Daniela Torresin

Ms. Torresin’s notable assignments include a finance transformation engagement for a major Italian digital service provider, including finance team and processes optimization and reporting enhancement. She assisted a major international private equity firm in assessing operational improvement opportunities and development of a value creation plan for a leading Italian quick service restaurant chain. Ms. Torresin also supported a leading international food and beverages player in setting up the bottom-up cash flow forecast and support to Central Treasury.
Ms. Torresin worked on the post-merger integration of two large Italian groups operating in the services to PA business, acting as PMO in the coordination of several workstreams and supporting the Finance team in setting up consolidated reporting tools. She also acted as interim CFO for a large Italian shipping company owned by a U.S. private equity firm, supporting the CEO in the PMO of a number of turnaround initiatives, including HR right-sizing and overhead optimization. The main activities included budgeting, cash management, accounting, and controlling supervision. Ms. Torresin worked on a number of engagements focused on advisory to the CFO and Finance department, including development of 13W CFF, budgeting, and processes optimization.
Before joining A&M, Ms. Torresin spent more than three years at EY in the Transaction Advisory team, where she assisted medium and large companies in development and review of business plans and in financial due diligence. While at EY, Ms. Torresin was seconded to the Middle East branch (Dubai).
Ms. Torresin earned a master’s degree in economics and finance from the University of Padova. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst. An Italian national, she is fluent in Italian and English.
